About Jessica
I love to help my students get in touch with their bodies and perform safe functional movements. I focus heavily on self love and acceptance in my classes to provide a safe environment rich for learning and healing.
I love seeing my students gain confidence and clarity about their skills ability and inherent self worth. I enjoy great joy in helping those with chronic pain lice a better quality of life.
RYT 200, teaching in studio since 2012 and virtually (zoom) since 2020.
