About Rachel
Hi, I'm Rachel. I started teaching yoga in 2016 after becoming a certified yoga teacher. A couple of years later, I got into teaching mediation after realizing meditation doesn't come easily for everyone.
When I became unemployed after covid, I knew it was time to pursue my healing business full time. Now, I help my clients breakthrough limited beliefs keeping them stuck. Whether it's parenting, manifesting or healing generational wounds, I've got you. I believe every issue in our lives can be changed through simple mindset shifts because I've seen the work prove fruitful in my own life and now I'm dedicated to sharing it with others.
