About Catherine jordan
An hour on the mat gives you the tools the construct your life’s dreams, by an enhanced self-awareness. We give devotional service to the greater good.
I have been practicing since a young age and facilitate a class directed to your needs. I also teach family classes or kids yoga classes and lived in yoga ashrams of Peru for 4years. I incorporate devotional music as well.
I love that moment when someone gains self awareness and I get to witness the transformation of someone loving themselves.
In High school I started as an assistant manager at a Yoga Studio. Then after I became certified I taught on beaches where I was then acclaimed “February vacations most acclaimed activity”
