About Amanda
I'm a wellness coach for herbalife and an enthusiast of dance and yoga. I love to do either one or the other and a mix combination whenever possible.
My goal is to connect with people who are interested in having fun with dance and yoga to improve body, mind and spirit as well as help people experience healthy lifestyle changes with herbalife products if interested.
Nutrition and exercise should be enjoyable and fun otherwise, why would you want to get in shape to begin with? Let me help you make 2021 your year to reach your goals
I enjoy helping like minded individuals succeed and reach their goals.
I work as an herbalife coach. I have a background in dance. Dance and yoga are my go to when I need to center myself and want or need an exercise outlet

I believe in setting up a time to talk to all new students via zoom or phone to see what there goals are and what they are looking for.
I believe in letting people try a demo class so that they can see if its the right fit for them.
Constructive feedback is always welcome too.
