About Sunkyung

This is a holistic mind/body/energy/spirit Korean base yoga and tai chi program unlike any other. Classes include warm up, stretching for energy, acupressure, vibration, joint opening, meditation and other self healing practices. There are also special classes for brain health and more. It is good for a person of any age or condition with great individual member care. Private sessions are also available for those who prefer to start this way or combine it with group classes.

Master Sunkyung Park has been teaching, training and healing in this style for over 20 years. One expereinced Indian yoga teacher said of Master Sunkyung and this program, "She is the real deal. This is what I've been missing. It's not like anything I've ever expereinced."

About the lesson

New students come for an orientation and free class to try this out. If they sign up to take classes then they receive a free half hour individual assessment of their physical and energy condition and receive recommendatons for the best way for them to proceed, including any "homeowork" practices if they're interested.
