About Tatiana
I try to bring to my classes a dancy flow, pranayama (breathing) and relaxation... i usually start classes bringing the person’s energy and breathing towards the practice and then following with the asanas (postures).
I love connecting with people that have the se energy that yoga provides .
I am gratuated from Power Yoga Palm Springs - PYPS and 6 months of daily classes .
