About Lorena

When participating in Lorena's class, you can expect a full intentioned, meditative flow that can be done by everyone. She is open to all possibilities and is always willing to adapt to the needs of the participants while cultivating their strength, equanimity, compassion, joy, and awareness of the body, mind, and soul. Her classes include soothing music, a fully guided final relaxation, with sound bath meditation and mantra music. She loves to connect with nature and enjoys exploring possibilities with the use of the imagination in a creative and intuitive manner.

I love people of all ages and welcome every opportunity to build a better world through Yoga. My aim to make people happier through yoga while bringing awareness of their own possibilities in connecting body, mind, and soul. I look forward to serving you. Namaste!

I am a graduate of Yoga District 200-hrs yoga teacher training and am currently taking the 300-hrs yoga teacher training at Beloved Yoga Sanctuary which will include Pranayama, Trauma, and Yin Yoga Certifications. I also have a Sound Bath Meditation certification.
