About Kaleigh

My services are customizable to your unique needs within yoga. We all have different goal when entering yoga, I will be here to gently but firmly guide you towards your goal. Whether flexibility, strength or peace of mind, with consistency and my support you will achieve your goal!

Yoga has been such a big part of my life. Yoga has brought me so much clarity and gratitude for this life. Being able to share and serve others with yoga is such a blessing. I love nothing more than to guide individuals towards their yoga goals.

About the lesson

Yoga lessons offered by Kaleigh are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in New York. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.

Kaleigh is great! If you have any hesitance about starting yoga she’s great to start with in a private session. If you have been wanting to try but are shy.. SHE IS YOUR PICK! She walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice. Her flows always explore body movement, vast / various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & her attention to placement detail makes for a great instructor!

I highly recommend Kaleigh if your starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice. OR A LOT! Kaleigh has the experience to help with wherever your at in your practice.
