About Claudine
We are Yoga with Love, conveniently located at 417 Euclid Avenue in Loch Arbour, NJ. Right off of Main Street (route 71 N). Parking available in lot.
We offer yoga classes, Reiki, workshops and trainings.
Our classes are creative and fun, and move at a perfect pace to allow for a compassionate practice. We focus on alignment, breath and self-reflection.
Empower yourself with the benefits of consistent practice as you work to develop an increased sense of balance, flexibility, mobility, strength and a reduction of stress.
We welcome students at all levels to our community and offer modifications and encouragement in a soothing and uplifting environment. We believe anyone can practice yoga as it’s about self-awareness; connecting your mind, body and spirit with the breath. Yoga is about being present in your practice.
Our intention is to cultivate a safe, supportive spiritual environment. We provide each student with an engaging, heart focused experience aimed at helping you connect with your inner light and wisdom through the practice of yoga.
We wish for each of you, Peace, Joy and Love in your minds, bodies and spirits.
I really enjoy going to the studio everyday whether to teach a class, offer a Reiki session, Reiki Training or participate in a workshop. We have a lovely welcoming community. We spend time on breath awareness as well as increasing mobility, developing strength and reducing stress.
After becoming a stay at home parent of two lovely daughters, Claudine rediscovered yoga through a Kripalu based practice. During that time of discovery, she found yoga to be her oasis. She loved the movement and connection to breath, the complexity of emotions that arose while on the mat and the lessons it brought into her life. Each class brought a deeper connection to Spirit, peppered with yogic philosophy.
Claudine teaches Hatha yoga with an emphasis on warming up the body to find ease in movement. She has been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2010 after receiving her training and certification in Padme Yoga from Blue Moon Yoga.
She is a RYT 500, from Elevate Yoga and Wellness, an ERYT 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Educational Provider) and Reiki Master.
Kripalu Yoga with its emphasis on (breath and reflection) has had a strong influence on her style of teaching. In addition, she has taken various workshops and trainings in:
Chair Yoga
Pranyama
Restorative Yoga
Teen Yoga
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Tune Up
And is presently exploring Qi Gong.

We are a boutique studio with teachers who believe in a compassionate practice at a perfect pace. We have the good fortune of getting to know the students in our community to help access what classes are the most appropriate for them. We love working with new practitioners to those who have been practicing yoga for years.
Over the past 10 years I have had the pleasure of teaching yoga with pre-school children, as an elective at Brookdale community college, volunteering at Mary's Place by the Sea,(teaching yoga and offering Reiki sessions for women undergoing cancer treatments) as well as teaching public classes and Reiki Trainings in Monmouth county.
