I am a trained educator. Starting off my career in the public school system, I quickly became burnt out and stressed. I suffered a mental health crisis.

I gained my yoga training and started teaching in yoga studios in 2014 and began shifting online in 2018. I have always incorporated relaxation techniques and guided meditations with my yoga classes.

30-hour Meditation Teacher Training (Sura Flow 2020)

20-hour Meditation Teacher Training for Yoga Therapy (Ajna Yoga 2021)

Melissa

I loved everything about working with Whitney before, during, and after our session. She took the time to understand my personal struggles and created a custom meditation session that left me feeling fully grounded, present, and refreshed. She provided me with tangible tools I can use to carry my mindfulness practice into the rest of my life. I gained so much valuable insight as to how I can take my practice to the next level. After our session, Whitney sent me a customized meditation reflection and a mp3 recording of our session so that I can come back to it again and again. I am deeply grateful for this experience, and highly recommend everyone allow Whitney to share her gifts with you!
