About the lesson

We start by assessing the goals. Ongoing analysis, implementation of specific strategies and tools to meet or exceed the goals. This process leverages 40 years of study of Yoga and teaching for over 15 years, and analytical skills and experience gained through improving business performance.

Teaching integrates the vast science of Classical Yoga and Ayurveda: Vedic philosophy, Pranayama, Hatha yoga, meditation, nutrition, relaxation, and Yoga Nidra.

Age 4-92 years of age at all levels of training, from beginners to Yoga teachers.

Start with a solid foundation, a teacher who can guide you in your practice.
