About Sylvia

My sole focus is providing you with an amazing workout experience with a highly vetted and certified trainer. Our trainers from Kanthaka train you at the convenience of your home, apartment gym or park traveling to your place. We bring the equipment with us. We love to help you get in the best shape of your life and start living a healthy life. We are experienced in training with clients of all ages and always provide individualized workout laser focused on your wishes and needs.

I worked pretty crazy hours as an attorney and always wanted to sneak in a workout short notice but there was no tool out there to find highly vetted trainer.

All our trainers are highly vetted, backgroudn checked, certified and insured. We only take 1 out of 10 trainers we intereveiw.

About the lesson

Either you schedule straight through the app (dowmload from our website: (concealed information) or you give us a quick call or text us (and we call back right away) for an initial consultation (concealed information)

We work with all age groups from an 11 year old up to 85.

Make sure the trainer is certified and background checked especially when you are looking for in home training. We do all the vetting for you!

The corporate wellness program was an amazing experience.

We saw a huge demand for corporations trying to make the work environment more attractive and to incentivize employees to come back to the office.

The project took a whole month and the best part was we got to show and teach how spending everyday in the office can affect your health and how with easy steps, you can change that and improve your health.
