About Jill
I have been a yoga practitioner since 1983 and specialize in customized private sessions, offering you what your body mind and spirit need. I am an RYT200 Certified Yoga Instructor Who teaches every style for beginners to advanced students.
After a regular practice over the years I have noticed how it has changed my life and would like to share that self realization and joy with others

First we do an initial consultation at no charge to determine what you need. Whatever you need as a student on that day you will be provided with that spiritual or physical “Nutrition”
I have had many middle aged and beginning students and have taught them the philosophy end in sight to each yoga posture in addition to breathing properly dIt’s not about how we look in a pasture it’s getting to know her body is well enough to keep them strong and healeduring the “meditation in motion“
