About Stephanie
I'm interested in making yoga accessible to everyone, meeting students where they are, modifying with props, and encouraging gentle, incremental, and lasting change. I'm fully insured, certified with yoga alliance as an ryt-200, and am working on my 500 hour certification. Styles I am comfortable teaching include hatha, vinyasa, restorative, yin, and gentle/chair.
I love helping people feel more comfortable in their own skin and increase their strength, endurance, and flexibility. My goal is to encourage joyful movement and a calm mind.
