About Chelsea
I like to dive deep into the minds of my clients, to truly understand what they would like to receive from yoga. I focus on yoga as an experience rather than something that has to be done. I connect the body, mind, and the design of sound to bring awareness to each client's personal journey.
I love teaching yoga at all levels, ages, body types. I love to hear reactions after classes, where students feel confident and accomplished. Where you can see the glow and motivation radiating from their peaceful vessels.

Always start with assessing students' health history and personal goals. I like to know what it is each student wants to receive from yoga itself. Whether it be fitness, meditation or to calm stress, there's a way for you.
