About Jennifer

I am a personal trainer, yoga teacher and in-depth psychotherapist rolled into one.

Every session is tailored to your energy level and goal/s for the day. My passsion is to merge movement into behavioral health, one moment at a time.

Needed to work on me and yoga was a more intimate connection than group fitness/personal training that I feel comes with huge vulnerability. I wish I had a therapist years ago who could take me through the progression of growing in psychotherapy to moving for fun and moving for interpersonal nervous system (change) and growth. Yoga is sacred and feeling connected and safe is the only way to explore from my perspective.

30$ thirty minute intro consultation session via video or phone

Those with diabetes and depression or anxiety and COPD. Lots of Grieving folks too

Yoga involves your psychology as well. As a psychotherapist, I'm interested in working with clients for the long term. Building trust and understanding takes time. If you are ready to move into the body domain, that is exciting. There is so much stored in our bodies, that it can take time to be ready to truly open up to the changes that yoga can bring.

Week long silent meditation for my self care

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
have I worked through my emotional and subconscious patterns in my life? Am I ready to open up to them with someone who isn't trained on the psychotherapy level if my body is new to change and movement?

Details

Depends on the goals and time of the session, but generally the reason I do 90 minute sessions is to allow time for psychotherapy , cardio movement and entering into sacred realm.
