About Diana

Hello, my name is Diana Duncan and I am a massage therapist and movement educator. I provide manual therapy and teach movement in order to help people get out of pain and live well in their body. The techniques I use are based in understanding the mind body connection and how the nervous system works in the human body in the context of pain and movement. I am certified in craniosacral therapy, deep tissue massage and I teach with the Yoga Tune Up method.
