About Jaclyn

My goal is to provide you with the tools you need to create your ideal self.

I am your soul sister that will support you in creating physical, emotional and mental freedom in all areas of life that are important to you. You'll discover a practice that will have you shine, balance and connect with your personal power and with those around you.

Jaclyn Nguyen is a mother, published author, registered yoga teacher and certified personal trainer. She's on a mission to teach others how to sparkle by choice in their own lives through fitness, spirituality and personal power. Her passion lies in assisting others to shine, balance and connect through practicing nutrition, fitness and yoga.

Your Greatest Revealing Awaits

I stepped into my first yoga class about 11 years ago and haven't left the practice since. I came in thinking it'll just give me a great workout but little did I know, yoga pulled out of several hardships in my life. The practice demanded me to forgive others and myself, and to live fully and authentically with peace and compassion. When I moved to San Diego, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a yoga teacher. After turning myself inside out in that teacher's training, I finally became a Registered Yoga Teacher in May 2012. Shortly after I gave birth to my daughter, I wanted to add the skills of personal training to my toolbox. So here I am today, certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine-- Ready to cause a positive impact in my community's health and well-being!

About the lesson

My clients range from 16 to 65 years old. Some of my clients love the high energy and the push to get that sweat while others need a more slow and nurturing approach. I'm able to give whatever my clients needs in any given moment.
