About Dahlia

Just like Massage, I cater your session to specific needs and desires. Class can be as mellow or challenging as you like, and I never go past your tipping point. Guided meditation at the end helps you relax and soak in all the personal healing you just accomplished, and you feel bliss and peace within yourself. Most people see me every week.

My favorite type of doing and teaching Yoga is to incorporate HIIT style training along with stretches. We use our own body weight to build strength, cleanse thru sweating, and energize. This is my most fun thing to do and you start to change into a healthier more fit you.

Being in the company of anyone who wants to use Yoga and Massage as self-healing is very rewarding. I myself do Yoga as my therapy and medicine, because of this knowledge of its many benefits and feel that it's #1 in method of healing, I find great joy that someone has decided this most natural and potent path. Yoga leads to other pure paths of being healthy, for example better eating choices.

Its something that came naturally as I am a natural healer and have been massaging over 15 years.

I have a 200 hour teacher training, I am also studying on my own, and I have my California massage license and insurance.

About the lesson

I bring a Client Intake Form for you to fill out, I accept cash, card, and we have a discussion to get to know each other a little bit with focuses on your desired personal session. Then, we become one and I care for you with a true desire to help you in your goals.

I work with both beginners and advanced who want to sweat it up.

It's good to find someone who offers variety, and search until you find the right person.
