About Pamela
In my 40+ years of professional & personal yoga & integral experience, my skills in facilitating: yoga, fitness, flexibility, relaxation & meditation techniques, mental training & well being life coaching have become a specialty, especially with individuals & couples, as a transformative resource for enriching one's body, mind, practice & potential.
To determine what will be most suitable & desirable for potential clients, what is offered is an initial 15-30+ minute complimentary (no cost or obligation) consultation session over the phone, on the internet, or at the studio.
Also unique, please note, the session(s) include: a 5-15+ minute follow up, or between sessions check in/coaching call; & a 24-hour return call policy from me, during the course of our partnership.
