About Vanessa
I am a fitness industry veteran that believes that fitness can be fun and engaging. After having suffered a major injury early in my career, I learned the importance of creating and implementing a balanced fitness regimen. Come try a class with me or hire me as your one on one coach.
I absolutely love people and helping my students to become the best version of themselves.

The standard system is that I simply ask all students to commit to a minimum of 3 months of work.
The package pricing is dependent on travel time and virtual Vs. in-person.
Hourly rate hovers between $50 -$125/ Hr
