About Bavani

My approach is warm and professional, and I strive to create a safe space for open and honest conversations. I create long lasting transform and a happier client after my coaching.

Making a caterpillar into a beautiful butterfly. I enjoy people recoginizing and dropping their blocks and become empowered individuals.

I attended some classes and saw benefits. That inspired me to become a teacher myself.

I have been a Life coach and a breath and meditation coach for nearly 20 years. I have gone through intense training and certification.

About the lesson

I give a 15 minute free session to talk to them about my services and let them decide.

All types of students :)

Talk to them and see how you feel your interaction is. If you feel comfortable with the teacher, continue.

Yoga is not just about body postures. It also about our mind. Look for a complete, comprehensive program.

The teachers should also be very qualified in dealing with mind and emotions and the science behind them.
