Jenny is a truly gifted teacher. She has an infectious radiance and the rare ability to adapt each class to the needs of the students in the room, their energy, and mood of the day or the season. Her class manages to build physical strength, inner calm, and camaraderie all at the same time. She is by far the best yoga teacher I have ever had.

Jenny guides you through a very intentional yoga practice. She is mindful of how you are doing the poses and gently adjusts anything needed. Her vast knowledge of body structure and health all come together to provide a very holistic experience. I've been doing yoga with her for 4 1/2 years and I keep coming back. She is continually growing and expanding her knowledge and gives great workshops to expand my practice and deepen my connection to my body.
