About Sammi
I am a certified nutrition coach and fitness expert who is passionate about guiding my clients on their health journey.
I help my clients:
-lose the weight/fat they haven't been able to shed for years.
-build physical strength and confidence in their body.
-gain mental confidence, no longer hiding their gifts and talents.
-let go of food confusion, learn what to do, and how to do it
-get off the diet roller coaster once and for all, and never look back.

I began my health journey from a dark place of being very sick and very overweight. In one year I lost 40 lbs and changed my relationship with food. Now it is my quest to help others do the same with simple, successful life changes.
