About Chris
Your World Fitness is a gym located in Spring Grove IL. that is home to professional athletes, youth and HS athletes and members of the surrounding local communities! In our 15,000 sq.ft. facility we offer athlete training, Group Fitness Classes, Baby Sitting, Personal Training, and nutrition counseling.
I started training professionally when I was 19 years old. Ten years later I have the fortune of training NFL, UFC athletes as well as programming corporate fitness plans for fotune 500 companies.
I have a B.A. in Business Adminstration and hold certificaitons in Human Kinetics, I.S.S.A., P-90X, Insanity, and R.K.C. Kettlebells.

When we bring on a new client we first go over medical history to address any pre existing injuries. Then after discussing the clients goals we create a custom diet and workout regiement that is attenable.
I work with youth - professional athletes to begineers in fitness, to weight loss.

I was very proud to receive the award 'Best Under 40' , which is given out to the brightest young professionals in our area. I also had the opportunity recently to speak to the students at the University of Notre Dame about my business.
