About Evangeline
I'm extremely relatable, sensitive to others, with great listening skills. I can customize a lesson to a clients needs for that day.
i start the session with a check in to see where the client is mentally, emotionally and physically and they tailor the lesson according to what they say.
The private session will feel to the client like a journey into themselves, with a beginning and middle and an end.
The client will feel peaceful and grounded by the end of the session
I enjoy teaching people about their body and how yoga and meditation can bring health to all areas of their life
