About Tiffany
I provide custom yoga and meditation classes that cater to your needs. I believe in having fun but also challenging yourself. I am certified in Tantra yoga and Aligned Flow yoga. I am also CPR/AED certified.
I love watching people realize how capable they really are. Many people think they aren’t flexible enough for yoga or that yoga isn’t for them for whatever reason. Then to watch them light up when they see that yoga doesn’t have to be intimidating. Yoga is attainable to anyone willing to try!
I have a 200 hr Tantra yoga certification and a 200 hr Aligned Flow yoga certification. I have experience teaching all ages and skill levels. I can teach large groups or one-on-one. I taught goat yoga around Austin for a year. Yoga should be fun and challenging!

I would suggest trying different teachers so you can find someone you work well with.
Every weekend for a year, I taught goat yoga. Each event was special in its own way. Each class had a different feel. I loved seeing the smiling faces of the customers.
