Buteyko breath coaching education will be progressively successful and safely regaining a healthy functionality of breath in all areas of life you may apply them to. Ive had the great honor of guiding individuals with the most respiratory sensitivity, who experience exercise induced asthma , asthma, anxiety or environmental induced shortness of breath and challenges related to breath capacity.
I am here to guide educate and inspire through the reminder we all have choice in optimizing our breath, body, mind and spirit.
