About Christa

Welcome to Inner Wisdom Yoga and Meditation, LLC. My approach is to guide and support each client in their personal yoga and meditation practice. The path you chose is very personal and I respect and honor your journey to allow joyfulness and peace unfold in your life. We all possess an intuitive sense of the supreme reality and the gift that we can heal ourselves by finding our own "Inner Widsom"

I have been a practicing physical for 29 years, lymphedema therapist for 7 years, certified yoga teacher for 6 and a certified yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists for 3 years. My unique background provided me the ability to culitvate a personal home yoga therapy program that will me your needs. I currently am continuing my training with two different programs: Gentle Somatic Yoga and Mindfulness.

Plain and simple, helping people to expand their awareness and bring more joy into thier life.

I have been a practicing physical therapist fo 40 years, yoga teacher for 7 years and yoga therapist for 4 years. I am currently working on 2 additional certifications: mindfulness and gentle somatic yoga.

About the lesson

The initial visit takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours and includes pre-session contact to answer any questions, initial assessment and your first home yoga therapy program, $160. Follow up sessions are an hour and the fee is $100. You set the pace anywhere from weekly to once a month but once a month is highly recommended to stay on track with your program goals.
