About Viviana
I have been teaching yoga for a couple of years now. The journey I took, helped me find myself and become more involved and aware of my life and surroundings. I am a lot more grateful for everything in my life and I love bringing that experience and joy to my clients. I love making customized classes that fit each person's needs. I make every Yoga class an experience.
I was inspired by how much Yoga changed my life and helped me recover from past experiences. I wanted to bring that joy into others' lives and I enjoy every second of helping students become the best versions of themselves as I have and do every day.
I am a certified 200 HR Yoga Instructor and registered with the Yoga Alliance, currently completing my 300 HR certification to become a 500 HR Yoga Alliance registered instructor.
I am also doing my Health and Wellness Coach Certification as well as my Holistic Nutritionist Certification.
I am a B1 level Zumba Instructor.

I ask my students to fill out an intake form and let me know what they want to achieve in their class as well as the intensity and level they are thinking about. I focus on their priorities and needs as well as modifications appropriate to level and conditions.
I have worked mostly with beginners and intermediate students, students with lesions. I am happy to adapt to everyone's needs.
