About Mary
No one should put their life on hold because of back pain. I create individual yoga practices for clients that suffer from back pain that is aggravated by stress. Get back to doing the things you want to do.
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, teaching for 2.5 and am currently studying yoga therapy with an emphasis on relieving back pain and stress.
