About ANJANA

Hi , my name is Anjana.

I am certified, trianed yoga practitioner and founder of YogaFit with Anjana on Youtube. I specialize in womens yoga, 1-1 sessions, beginner's yoga and seniors.

Adaptive yoga, breath awareness, slow mindful movements are my favorites and I love help people falling in love with Yoga

Yoga is a layered practice. When your body, breath and mind are in sync and in the same place, thats where magic happens, healing happens and creativity flows!

I love teaching personalized lessons where my students lead the progress and I would love to tailor the class for their level and needs.

I enjoy getting to know my clients, work with their goals that make them feel good about themselves.

I love sharing my knowledge and the connections I get to make through my interactions.

Ultimately , Yoga means union. And teaching yoga creates an universal bond between humans.

250 hour trained and certified yoga practioner, educator and instructor.
