Cynthia is not only a skillful yogi and talented teacher, she has a great sense of the strengths and weaknesses of her students, always sensitive to who needs a little extra help and how assertively to encourage each student. Her classes are a marvel of pacing, always building to a pose you didn’t think you could even try but making sure the necessary muscles are warmed up properly before you get to it. She is exceptional, and I wish she still taught in Texas!
