About Francesca

In my service I focus on body mechanics as well as proper alignment. My students will learn why particular poses are beneficial and exactly what organs and part of their sympathetic and parasympathetic systems are being enhanced. I am a 200 hr. Yoga instructor. I have taught in yoga studios and fitness centers. Now I’m looking forward to meeting you in a private small group setting.

I love that I have leaned my fears and have the courage to continue working on them. Yoga is comparable to social media or money it brings out what’s already inside of you and amplifies it. This is where you can let go of fear and embrace curiosity; learn your breath and body with patience and practice.

Becoming a yoga instructor is one of many things that have always been on my radar and as soon as my time came I took the opportunity and became an instructor.

I am an educational and freelance American sign language interpreter. I interpret for local high schools and interpreting agencies in a variety of settings.

About the lesson

Recently I taught a series of classes at the Denville Public Library where I was able to introduce yoga to parents and their children as well as seasoned yogis
