Asking about general health & individual goals that pertain to yoga as therapy.
Student's previous experience is inquired about but made clear that the process is always a new beginning that will be about a 3 year period of self inquiry before moving beyond "beginner level".
As our classes involve the use of props, the new student will not have to worry about their lack of balance or flexibility & might begin with "chair" yoga poses.
Adults of all age categories & levels of fitness.
When the student is ready, the teacher appears.
Yoga workshop in Philadelphia @ Practice Yoga Studio with senior Iyengar teachet, Ramanand Patel.
