Alexis is a 200hr certified Yoga and Meditation instructor who dove head first into yogic lifestyle and opened her heart to understanding and appreciating the true depth of yoga and the healing capacity of the mind. A surfer, a healer, and soul of the earth, Alexis brings artistically designed sequences with a free-flowing spirit into all her classes.
