I offer private yoga classes, based on classical yoga asanas.
I teach on ZOOM, or other platform if the student prefers.
My teaching method is based on the understanding that health is the byproduct of the unity of body, mind and spirit.
The class is based on the client's needs, and consists of asanas, breathing exercises and relaxation/meditation.
