About Dini

I am an experienced ESL tutor with 9 years of teaching High School and College students, helping around 150–200 students achieve their learning goals. My teaching philosophy is centred on building confidence and strong language foundations. I believe that every student has the ability to succeed with the right guidance.

I create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning and practising. I use clear explanations, real-life examples, and regular practice to help students understand concepts deeply. I also focus on improving communication skills and encouraging students to speak with confidence.

One of my proud achievements is seeing students grow from beginners into confident English speakers. I am committed to guiding students step by step towards success.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching methodology focuses on creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I believe that students learn best when they are actively involved in the learning process. That is why I use creative activities such as discussions, games, and real-life examples to make lessons engaging and effective.

I encourage students to think critically by asking open-ended questions and giving them opportunities to share their ideas. This helps them improve both their language skills and their ability to think clearly and independently.

As a mentor, I support my students throughout their learning journey. I provide guidance, motivation, and regular feedback to help them improve. I make sure each student feels valued and confident in their abilities.

I also emphasise accountability. I help students set realistic goals and encourage them to stay consistent in their practice. I monitor their progress and provide constructive feedback so they can improve step by step.

Apart from ESL, I also teach related subjects, which helps students build a strong foundation in communication and academics. My aim is to help students become confident, responsible, and independent learners.
