About Chetna
Mathematics has always been my passion, and I enjoy helping students turn it from a challenging subject into one they understand and enjoy. With over five years of teaching experience, I have worked with students from different countries and educational backgrounds, helping them achieve excellent results in SAT, ACT, PSAT, GCSE, IGCSE, IB Mathematics, and AP Calculus.
I hold Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mathematics, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), and a Master's degree in Education Leadership and Management from the UK. Alongside tutoring, I have gained valuable experience working in UK schools, which has strengthened my understanding of different learning styles and effective teaching strategies.
My teaching philosophy is simple. Every student can succeed when they receive clear explanations, the right guidance, and consistent support. I tailor every lesson to the student's individual needs, helping them build strong mathematical foundations, improve critical thinking, and develop the confidence to solve even the most challenging questions.
I am committed to creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, learning from mistakes, and reaching their full potential. I specialise in SAT, ACT, PSAT, GCSE, IGCSE, IB Mathematics, and AP Calculus, providing personalised one-to-one online lessons tailored to each student's strengths and areas for improvement. Before we begin, I assess your current level and create a structured learning plan based on your target score or grade.
