About Shivani
Hi, I’m Shivani, a high-achieving NCEA tutor with a passion for helping students move from confusion to confidence. I hold Excellence Endorsements across Levels 1, 2, and 3, with top grades in every subject I teach. My academic journey includes internationally published research in genetics and medical science, success in academic competitions like BrainBee and ICAS, and recognition through the University of Auckland’s 140th Anniversary Academic Scholarship. Beyond academics, I bring strong leadership and communication skills through roles such as Service Prefect, Rotary Interact President, UNICEF events leader, and as a trained debater, all of which enhance my ability to teach, explain, and motivate effectively. I’ve supported students as a Senior Mentor in school tutoring programs and as a private tutor, with proven results: many of my students have improved significantly, lifting their grades to Excellence. I strive to ensure that every session is structured, supportive, and tailored to how each student learns best: building not just grades, but confidence and strategy.
