I am an Engineer, MA in Yoga ..Certified QCI LEVEL 1 and QCI LEVEL 2 Yoga teacher with ministry of AYUSH.
More than 10 years of teaching and practicing Yoga and meditation.
Specialised in Therapeutic Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga

As per the Requirement of the student and what exactly his/her body needs to work on.
Mostly I do a class which includes Asanas, Pranayam, Mudras, Meditation.. To get a healthy, fit and stress free body ,mind and soul.
