About Ockie
I have an M.Sc. degree in Chemistry. I have worked in Industry for many years where I had to explain difficult scientific concepts to people with no scientific background. I was also a junior lecturer for first year students while I studied for my M.Sc.

My teaching method is to listen carefully what it is that the student does not understand, try to conclude from that what is the basics that is missing and then fill the gaps from there. I complement the work of the teacher. The student still needs to his/her part in the class.
