Self-love is so important... but so hard to achieve. Having done the journey from "I don't like me" to "I am amazing!" all by myself, I know that in order to fall in love with yourself, you need to work on all aspects of your life: from your thoughts to personal image.
When I decided that I want to love myself, I had no idea of where to start. But with years, I gathered extremely valuable information bit by bit: from world-famous psychologists, from books, movies, stylists, etc. And now I am ready to share all this information with YOU!
We will talk a lot, and I will give you very interesting homework... from psychological exercises to finding the moisturiser that's perfect for you.
