About Kirsty
Hi! I’m Kirsty, a final year Medical Student at Queen’s University Belfast. I have always enjoyed science, particularly because I find the possibility for academic growth, application of knowledge and discovery exciting. Studying medicine has afforded me the opportunity to pursue all of these avenues in a way that can make a positive change in someone else’s life.
At school, I found Biology very interesting. Through studying medicine I have gained a firm grasp of the concepts which underpin human life and gained the necessary knowledge to provide excellent tutoring in Biology, Human Biology, Chemistry & Physics.
At A-Level, I studied Biology, Chemistry and English Literature and obtained the grades A*AA*. I chose English Literature because it is a subject I feel passionately about. I love reading, writing and analysing. For me, English served as a break from the numbers and graphs in my other A-Levels. I therefore offer tutoring in English Literature and Language.
I like to share my passion for the above subjects with others by teaching, with the ultimate goal being to make you a happier, more confident and enthusiastic student.
