About Ella
I am a committed ESL tutor with 12 years of experience teaching High School and College students. I have guided around 150–200 students in improving their English language skills. My teaching philosophy is focused on building confidence and strong foundations.
I create a supportive and friendly environment where students feel comfortable learning and practicing. I use a mix of teaching methods, including conversations, exercises, and real-life examples. I also adjust my lessons based on each student’s needs.
One of my proud achievements is seeing students grow in confidence and achieve better academic results. I am passionate about helping students succeed and reach their goals.

My teaching approach for ESL focuses on creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I believe that students learn best when lessons are interactive and connected to real life. I use creative techniques such as storytelling, discussions, role-play, and practical exercises to make learning enjoyable.
I help students develop critical thinking skills by encouraging them to share ideas, ask questions, and think independently. This improves their confidence and communication abilities.
As a mentor, I provide continuous support and guidance. I adapt my teaching methods to suit each student’s learning style and pace. I create a positive and comfortable environment where students feel encouraged to learn.
I also focus on accountability by setting clear goals, tracking progress, and providing feedback. I encourage students to stay disciplined and committed.
Along with ESL, I teach related subjects to support overall learning. My goal is to help students become confident communicators and independent learners.
