I work in primary school as well I am athletics coach level 3. Happy to build up strength, core, flexibility, agility. I have been a coach for 4 years now and have worked with many people :)

my teaching method is based on science as well to have fun. Many young people learn best with games and sessions. Each session will be unique to fit each person's needs. This can be done online but you get more out of this if done in person. this can be done for any age
