About Daniel

My name is Daniel and I have been training in the gym for over 5 years now. I have always had a love for the gym and fitness in general, and am eager to help others achieve whatever goals they may have within the fitness world. I am open to working with all clients whoever they may be and whatever their goals are. I love meeting new clients and learning about their goals and helping them achieve them. I believe fitness is a great tool to aid in everyone’s life and general well-being, and when I meet a client and help them with their goals, my main focus is always to make sure that how we approach and achieve their goal is done in a way that has a positive impact on my client's life.

About the lesson

My approach to helping my clients is firstly to identify their goals and needs and then having a discussion about them with them. After this is completed I then make a sustainable and realistic plan tailored towards the client and their goals. This plan will usually include things like training plan, diet plan etc… Everything is done with the clients approval so that it is sustainable and achievable for them to complete the plan and achieve their goal successfully.
