About Payal
I am Payal Nagdev taking yoga classes for 20 yrs. yoga is my passion. After my studies, I took training from Patanjali (Haridwar) and then opened the studio in Delhi. But due to COVID, I started taking online classes and my students started loving the classes as it saved them a lot of time. My approach is holistic and I think in this stressful life, one can attain happiness by yoga.

I have been taking classes for 20 years and now taking online classes since COVID. I take power yoga, hatha yoga, prenatal classes, pilates, stress management, and meditations. I believe that working on our mind & body is an ideal way to a healthy life. I design my classes according to the requirement of the body and the majority of my students are females from age 12 to 60 years. I deal with all kinds of diseases with therapeutic yoga. My class is for 60 min. tailored according to the requirement of the student.
