About Ana Lima
Practicing since 2017, while still studying and working as a designer, I left the corporate market in the capital of São Paulo and became itinerant in search of self-knowledge.
I traveled around Brazil doing volunteer work until I took place in Florianópolis, where I decided to dedicate myself to the study of Yoga and trained in Vinyasa and Hot Yoga, with international certification by Yoga Alliance.
I try to add my ten years of experience as a dancer to the fluidity of the practices, in which I seek to teach the power of Yoga on the body and mind through the union between movement and breathing.
I believe that yoga has no end: it is a process just like life and, wonderfully, we can apply everything we learn on the mat in our daily lives: self-observation, overcoming, flexibility, strength, power, kindness, self-love

Hi!
I'm Ana, yoga practitioner since 2017, now I dedicate myself to sharing the teachings of yoga with those who feel the call to learn and seek to improve their quality of life through this path of self-knowledge.
I have a degree in Vinyasa Yoga but I don't cling to a title or modality: I try to bring an integrative vision into the classes, with freedom to flow and include what makes sense for the student.
In each class we work both body and mind, between postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation and meditation.
The practice can be more vigorous for those looking to develop flexibility and toning the physical body or more relaxing, with gentle and restorative postures that calm the body and mind.
We will follow the best path between your goal and where you are now.
ONLINE CLASSES

Duration: 1h
Via online video calling platform
PRESENTIAL CLASSES
Individual or small groups
With a duration of 1 hour, here we have 3 options:
1) I come to you: we will practice at your house, apartment, condominium space;
2) You come to me: we will practice in the common space of the building or outdoors in a nearby square;
3) We go somewhere: I love nature and if you love it too, we can practice at a park, square, beach, wherever you feel good.
A healthy body and a peaceful mind are fundamental to being able to enjoy life in the best way. I invite you to go to the mat, challenge yourself, welcome yourself and discover the amount of your power inside yourself.
