About Lauren

I am currently a trainee Nursing associate student with a caring background of 4, almost 5 years. I learnt how to meditate and be mindful following two courses of dialectical behavioural therapy and would like to share the knowledge.

About the lesson

I am happy to do practical meditstion exercises, provide handouts or documents with information. I'm happy to deliver a method of delivery that works for each individual.
